Tatiana Lebour - Associate Psychotherapist

Life doesn't have to be navigated alone—it's okay to seek a soft place to land. I offer compassionate, culturally attuned therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship enrichment, through individual and couples counseling, virtually in New York and New Jersey, and in-person in New York City.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and integrative, grounded in the belief that you're the expert on your own life. My role is to offer guidance, support, and gentle challenge as we build the insight, coping tools, and resilience for lasting change, in a nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered.

As an associate psychotherapist working under clinical supervision, I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology. My background connecting New Yorkers to mental health and substance use resources has given me the privilege of working with diverse communities across the city, deepening my understanding of their stressors and strengths.

I'm especially passionate about supporting Black communities and People of Color as they navigate racial and cultural identity, stress, and healing, as well as young and middle adults working through identity, self-esteem, career transitions, and relationships.

I invite you to reach out for a consultation—let's explore whether we're the right fit for this work together.
