  • Session fees vary by clinician, and we strive to make therapy more accessible. To support this, we offer a sliding scale based on income, ensuring that you can prioritize your mental health. Contact us for our current rates.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. If your health insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it is possible to be reimbursed for some of your out-of pocket costs. We will work with you to determine your out-of-network coverage and send you documentation to get reimbursed.

    In some cases, we can bill insurance directly and charge you only the coinsurance fee. Contact us so we can help you explore your options.

    If you do not have out-of-network coverage, ask about our sliding scale. Our goal is to make therapy affordable.

  • Yes! We have worked with organizations like the Loveland Foundation and others who provide vouchers or sponsored sessions. Contact us to see how we can support you.

  • Individual sessions are about 45 minutes and couples and family sessions are about 60 minutes. Groups and workshops can be 90 minutes or longer.

  • Yes! We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with the clinician of your choice, depending on availability. For couples and families, the consultation may be up to 30 minutes and may be virtual. Contact our office to schedule a consultation today.

  • We offer both virtual and in-person sessions. Please let us know which type of session will suit you best.

  • Typically you can expect to meet with your therapist once a week. You will confirm the frequency with your therapist during your initial consultation or first session.

  • All counseling sessions are currently provided via a secure and easy-to-use Telehealth platform. Once you become a client, you will have easy-access to our Telehealth video platform and online patient portal.

  • There are many advantages of online counseling, such as convenience, effectiveness, and safety from infectious diseases like Covid-19. That said, it's not for everyone. Online counseling works best for individuals with mild and moderate symptoms, who are comfortable using technology, and have a private space to speak freely with their therapist.
