Porshia Williams - Practice Administrative Coordinator
“I think we all need to find a good person to chit chat with and just like we tune up our cars, we need to tune up ourselves.” - Courtney B. Vance
I’m here to connect you to a good person to chit chat with.
As the Practice Administrative Coordinator at Muse & Grace, I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our clients. My role involves suggesting the right therapists, based on availability and in some cases budget, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly for our team and those we support.
With more than 20 years of experience in administrative strategy and customer relations, I bring a deep commitment to attentive care. I focus on the details that matter while keeping the bigger picture in mind, always striving to make each interaction positive and meaningful.
I appreciate that the practice provides culturally competent therapy for Black women their partners and other people of color. What inspires me most is contributing to the mission of Muse & Grace: to support and uplift people from all walks of life. I take pride in being part of a team that empowers individuals on their paths to healing and growth, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
In Porshia’s Words
What's your favorite self-care activity?
Self-care is essential to my mental health. I have 2 faves! The first is simply putting my phone on “do not disturb” so I can disengage. Not having the noise of the world for a little while, especially before bedtime, is essential. It’s a way of prioritizing oneself over the world. My second fave? Getting out of the house and enjoying a good pedicure!
