  • Session rates can vary by clinician. We also offer a sliding scale based on income. Please contact us and we can walk you through available options.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. If your health insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, it is possible to be reimbursed for some of your out-of pocket costs. We will work with you to determine your out-of-network coverage and send you documentation to get reimbursed.

    In some cases, we can bill insurance directly and charge you only the coinsurance fee. Contact us so we can help you explore your options.

  • Yes! We have worked with organizations like the Loveland Foundation and others who provide vouchers or sponsored sessions.

  • Individual sessions are about 45 minutes and couples and family sessions are up to 60 minutes. Groups and workshops can be 90 minutes or longer.

  • Yes! We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with the clinician of your choice, depending on availability. Contact our office to schedule a consultation today.

  • Most sessions are currently virtual via videoconference. Inquire if you are interested in in-person sessions. For clients meeting in person, we follow CDC and state guidelines including wearing masks at all times, limited waiting room seating and reduced on-site staffing for social distancing.

  • Typically you can expect to meet with your therapist once a week. You will confirm the frequency with your therapist during your initial consultation or first session.
